We create unique items using natural leather of the highest quality; therefore color variations, marks or veins are all natural features that should not be considered blemishes.

To maintain and conserve your item in its best condition, avoid prolonged and direct exposure to sources of light and heat. We recommend storing the product in its original packaging.

Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your item gets wet, remove any excess moisture without rubbing, dab with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.

When not in use, store your bag into its protective cover that we provide(dust bag) and stuff it with tissue paper to maintain its shape. If your bag came with a box, store it in lying flat with packets of non-toxic silica gel to prevent moisture.

Remember to take your bags out a few times a month to prevent the growth of mold. Just like your shoes, try to rotate the use of your bags and alternate at least every month. Due to treatment processes, our leathers may cause slight color transfer through friction, especially in humid environments. Please, keep this in mind, particularly in the case of dark colored items, and wearing light colored clothes.

We designed our products with private jets and carpeted trunks of Bentley’s in mind so if you are planning a trip on a budget, please don't consider our bags as checked luggage. Carry them on board or better still, leave them at home in your closet.
